What are advantages of our service?
First of all, we are professionals
with a lot years' experience of it as well as of photo retouching and manipulation. We work online, it's the most easiest way. All you need is to send us your image via e-mail or upload it using our form or FTP, make online payment and then download the finished work.
JPEG or TIFF

You may send us image files in any formats. But, please, note that JPEG file size with a quality set at maximum is two or three times less than TIFF without compression. JPEG is the best choice for sending via Internet.

But there is an underside. Each time you resave your JPEG (not open and close, but resave it) you sacrifice some image quality on the alter of high compression. The more you resave an image, the more it's going to deteriorate.

TIFF doesn't lose info when it is saved, you can edit, open, and save it with no ill effects. We accept TIFF files and will send them back as TIFFs too. But it's not always possible to send huge files. What to do in that case?

Even if you are a professional and plan to alter your images over and over, you can save your image file as JPEG of maximum quality and sent it to us. First of all we always open it and resave in TIFF format. We will retouch and enhance this TIFF file and save it again as JPEG only in order to send back to you.

Anyway, after our working, your image will be completely prepared for printing, you will no need to enhance it more. So, it's absolutely safe to choose JPEG format.

Glossary

compression
storing data in a format that requires less space than usual. For example, the JPEG image format uses compression to reduce the size of the image file

dpi
abbreviation for dots per inch, which indicates the resolution of printed images. The higher the dpi, the higher the resolution of the image

file size
the amount of data in a file. File size can also be thought of as the amount of space that a file takes on a computer hard drive

JPEG
JPEG is a compression technique for color images. The JPEG format allows for different levels of compression. However, the greater the compression, the more original information is lost, which reduces the image quality

pixel
pixel is a single point in a graphic image that represents a single color

resolution
resolution refers to the number of pixels in an image. Resolution is sometimes referred to by the width and height of the image as well as the total number of pixels in the image. For example, an image that is 1600 pixels wide and 1200 pixels high contains 1,920,000 pixels (or almost 2 Megapixels)

It's free of charge. Just send us your image (via email or using our form). This image may be of a smaller size and of poorer quality then it's necessary for the restoration work. Yet we need to view all main details, so your image must not be too small - minimum a half of your screen. We will make an estimate of the needed amount of work and will set the price.
